Welcome to Shadow Ridge Labradors

Shadow Ridge Labradors  was established in 2014 by owner Trae Buckwalter. He has mentored under very successful Labrador breeders on the East Coast who have been breeding for over 20 years. Trae and partner Zach are responsible breeders of purebred AKC Labrador retrievers, we prioritize the health, temperament, and overall well-being of our dogs. We carefully select breeding pairs with a focus on genetic health, and we ensure that our dogs receive appropriate medical care, vaccinations, and are raised in a clean and safe environment. We thoroughly screen potential buyers, provide ongoing support and education, and have a comprehensive contract in place to protect the welfare of our dogs. We are committed to upholding the breed standards and actively contributing to the betterment of the Labrador Retriever breed.
